“ Tried this rooftop bar out of curiosity. The view was pretty good, especially for the sunset. It’s super close to the beach, max 1-2minute walk. Both the food and drinks are pretty basic, still good though. Pool area seemed decent, but it gets a bit crowded closer to sunset time. ”

This is my second day having breakfast here and I was genuinely touched by the significant amount of attentiveness. Sumaryati remembered that I ordered an Americano yesterday and offered it to me the moment I signed in today. Argga addressed me by name, “Ms. Ling” felt warm and personal rather than a mistake (“Ling” is my first name). He even noticed that I had an omelette after having sunny-side-up eggs yesterday and thoughtfully came by to ask if I would like the same again today, at just the right moment. What stood out most is the sincerity behind the smiles. Their level of service is clearly top-notch, but more importantly, it feels heartfelt rather than obligatory. I observe that all staff make an effort to engage guests in small talk and while language proficiency may vary, their genuine effort and warmth are indeed commendable. A big thank you to Mr. Darren Chua and your entire team for the hospitality and for allowing me to experience true Balinese service culture and people warmth. ”
